Us English folk love nothing more than a delicious cup of tea. There’s nothing more refreshingly warm and charming than our first cuppa in the morning. Herbal tea is incredibly beneficial for us in many different ways. Not only is it tasty but it’s full of nutrients that can help our body along it’s daily routine. Herbal tea is an art in itself – The taste, aroma and colour all speak of it’s quality and leave us with an extra kick and a little more fuel to boost us along our way. Herbal tea has more benefits than we may realise! Here’s a few of our favourites.
