Benefits of Water
Our bodies are made up of up to 60% water and we lose water throughout the day through breathing, sweating and digestion so it is very important to rehydrate throughout the day.
Water benefits our bodies in many ways such as;
*Protects your body tissue, spinal cord and joints.
*Helps your body remove waste, your kidneys and liver and intestines use it to flush out txins and waste.
*Digestion starts with saliva, the basis of which is Water. It helps to break down food and dissolve minerals and other nutrients. Proper digestion makes it easier for the body to take on the minerals and other nutrients.
*Water prevents dehydration. We lose fluids when we engage in exercise and sweat or are in high heat or unwell with a fever. You must replenish water lost to prevent further illness.
*Water is also amazing for your skin, remain fresh faced for as long as possible!
