Pineapple and Mint Smoothie
As the warmer weather makes it’s sunny entrance into our lives what better way to celebrate then with the perfect smoothie!? We’ve created this perfect pineapple and mint combination – it’s sure to make your mouth water. These smoothies are the perfect midday treat or great for a quick boost in the morning to help you get up and go. They have a lovely tropical taste and are bound to get you excited for any upcoming holidays. It’s refreshing and sweet whilst containing a little bit of a minty kick. Prep time is 5 minutes and all you need to do is add the following ingredients together in a blender, mix and serve!. They’ll be plenty of other ingredients you might enjoy adding to create your own twist.
When summer finally makes it’s full appearance, these will go great served up in a pitcher at a gathering or on a warm day spent in the garden. - 2 cups of fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
- 6-7 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 Cup of Ice
- ¼ Cup of Water (add more if needed)
- A handful of frozen berries
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of non fat vanilla yoghurt
