Health and Vitality Centre is registered with most major Private Medical Insurance Companies including:

Please note that some private medical insurance policies require that you be referred by your doctor to gain authorisation.

It is advised that you contact your insurer for authorisation prior to your first appointment.

We are able to bill directly to most of the major private medical insurance companies but will require.

  • Insurance company name
  • Your membership number:
  • Authorisation details (This information must be provided on or before your first appointment)
  • The name you have used on the policy.
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Number of authorised sessions/financial guarantee.

Please note: Your insurance may not cover the full cost of your invoice and you remain liable for all costs associated with your treatment.

As per our Terms and Conditions, any amount not paid by your insurer must be settled promptly by the guest. e.g., including but not limited to, if you have an excess on your policy, or if you have reached the limits of cover provided for you under your policy. (please note excess can vary greatly £0 - £500+)

If your insurer has not paid an invoice for your fees within 60 days, we reserve the right to require you to pay the invoice and pursue reimbursement from the insurer.

If your insurer is not one that we bill directly, we are happy to provide you with receipts so that you make the claim yourself.
