Decided to book an appointment to have my back looked at after walking for 30 mins and ending up with horrible lower back pain. After just the consultation my back felt so much better! The continuing care and attention has meant I can get back to longer walks with no pain. Alex and the team have helped me learn what to do for my body myself to prevent pain and what do do when it arises. A very friendly and accommodating team with a varying array of specialties to help can't recommend them enough!

Paula has been a blessing & helped me effect a 360° turnaround in my mobility that had declined so much since the onset of OA and hip replacement surgery. Years of self-neglect are now being rectified and I have been deeply (pleasantly) astonished at how effective some gentle manipulation and regular stretching exercises have proven to be. 100% recommend the team here, a number of whose hands & expertise have benefitted me!

I had a consultation in 2017 to see if I could get help with episodic neck pain and associated severe headaches. They diagnosed the problem and I had a course of 12 chiropractic treatments which resulted in a dramatic improvement. I am still going every 6 weeks and they help with all sorts of problems that I get from my heavy gardening work. I just got back from a session and am feeling great.

Samantha has been helping me with my babies oral dysfunction and tension. She has knowledge on how to help him relax by using pressure points in a gentle way. She has been able to offer advice to support me continuing with my breastfeeding journey.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. When our daughter first started treatment, she was experiencing pain on a daily basis which was affecting her quality of life. After just a few months of care with Panja, the difference has been incredible. She now rarely complains of pain and has been able to get back to being a happy, active child. Panja has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and fantastic with our daughter throughout her treatment. He always takes the time to explain things and has made our family feel completely at ease. Seeing your child go from being in pain every day to barely needing to mention it anymore is something we are so grateful for. Thank you to Panja and the whole team for the care and support you've given us. It has genuinely changed her life.

The Health and Vitality Centre have a great team, the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Having suffered with back and neck issues most of my adult life I have found relief and support from Alex and Aaron. Both are friendly and professional not only giving expert treatment but giving advice on how I can assist my own recovery with exercise and changes to daily life. I would thoroughly recommend the Health and Vitality team.

I personally did not have a good experience. No relief at all after each session. 10min sessions and didn't treat affected area. I had 4 or 5 sessions and didnt help at all.

I highly recommend health and vitality. I initially attended H&V over a year ago when they had an offer to come and have a “MOT”. I can’t get over how friendly everyone was. I suffer from mental health issues from the job I use to do and so I struggle going to new locations and speaking to new people. I was put at ease from the time I arrived. I can’t fault any of the staff. I have been seeing Sam who is just brilliant. She gives me the time to explain where my aches and pains are. She continuously explains what she is doing and what part of the body she is targeting. The results are amazing. I feel so good when I’ve had a session. I am able to walk further than I ever had as my issues are my knees. Highly recommended and they deserve top marks.

I have attended this clinic with my then 4 months old daughter seeking help as she was developing flat spot on her head, had a preferred side and tensions in her body following complicated birth. We met Sam and it was best thing happened! She is so passionate, talented, and brilliant with babies! After first session I have noticed improvement and my baby is now nearly 1 and thriving! We are still coming for check ups but she is developing perfectly fine. I can highly recommend this place as our experience is entirely positive. Worth mentioning that there isn’t any unnecessary selling - as soon as my baby was getting better session frequencies were reduced and we would only come as needed. I will be forever thankful to Sam for helping my baby!

I can highly recommend Health and Vitality Centre. An amazing experience from the 1st phone call. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The appointments with my Chiropractor, Sam have really helped me. I was in so much pain and with reduced mobility especially in my neck and back. My movement and stiffness has improved immensely. Sam has also recommended what supplements would be good to take. She has also given me some exercises to do at home( you need to do them). All is helping me so much, but i know it's a long road to recovery after years of not looking after my body, but I feel well on my way. Thanks so much for getting back on track. Also I have been to a talk on movement held by Chris. It was so informative and free. i will hopefully go to more in the future. The whole Team definitely deserve 5 stars.

I had suffered from tension headaches for years, and recently had one that lasted weeks. I felt quite desperate as nothing seemed to help. I decided to try Health and Vitality Centre, and Panja suggested dry needling. I most admit, I was sceptical at first, but I’m so glad I trusted him. After the first session, I stood up and the pain was gone! With weekly sessions, the headaches haven’t come back, and my posture has improved too. I’ve recommended the practice to friends, family, and even my own patients with similar issues. Panja is excellent at what he does and so very kind. I genuinely look forward to my sessions. It’s amazing how much better I feel already!

After many years of pain in my lower back i was recommended to Health and Vitality.I booked my first assessment appointment with Panja.He said he could help me so i booked sessions over 3 months.I was amazed after my first session i could stand up straight.I am just off to my next appointment with Panja.I must say the staff are all excellent, friendly and highly recommend them.I will keep you updated on my progress.

After months of not being able to walk, I started long country walks again! My back pain is so much better and so is my arm. After months of not being able to do much, life is so much brighter as I can again, do the things I love. And that is all thanks to lovely Chris who has been sorting my pains and aches! I have been attending this centre off and on over the last 3 year. They have certainly helped me considerably with my initial back problems and last year following my stroke. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff and they have a number of membership packages fairly priced to suit your own needs.

I’ve been seeing Chris for about a year now for neck and back pain, and the improvement has been huge. He’s friendly, professional, and really takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on. He always gives me great exercises to do in between sessions which always really help. Every session feels tailored to what I need, and I always leave feeling better. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I started going to the health and vitality centre due to issues with my shoulder caused by shoulder inpigment within a few sessions my shoulder was feeling better. It took around 10 sessions for me to actually have no pain and movement. I go now for adjustment and to keep ontop of my shoulders. Everyone is amazing. Front staff are always so welcoming and friendly

I've had a really lovely experience here at the Health and Vitality Centre. All of the staff are amazing from the receptionists to the practicing staff. When it comes to my treatment I've been seeing Panja for a couple of weeks now and it's definitely helping. I have quite a labour intensive job and right from the consultation/report of findings to the treatment he's been absolutely spot on.

I have been using The Centres services for over two years now and I can honestly say it’s changed my life and live a relatively pain free life after years of suffering with pain for attending The centre. All the therapists are high experts in their profession and are extremely helpful and friendly team I have used various therapists over the years to support me and the membership scheme is great paying a set price each month has helped budget my wellbeing big shout out to my regular chiropractor Chris Pickard the most helpful knowledgeable guy I know in health and nutrition and back care!!

Today I had my 6 week appointment with Paula. I’ve been having a problem with my hamstring and Paula took the time to check me all over as she always does to find the problem! Always thorough, supportive and advises exercises to treat the issue! I have also been seeing Kerry for a massage every 6-8 weeks. She gives the best massage, definitely recommend seeing Kerry!

I wish I had found the Health and Vitality Centre sooner. Both Panja and Chris have been brilliant treating the back and neck problems, I have been suffering with for many years. Aside from these issues, my overall health has also improved. They are very thorough and knowledgeable in their assessment and treatment and I feel positive going forward. Reception and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend HVC to everyone.

I went to my gp with neck pain and worsening migraines. I tried changing my diet, meditation, thai massage etc. My health declined rapidly and along with my migraine I would lose the use of different limbs, my face drooped and I was sent for MRI for suspected stroke or tumor. All tests to do with my brain came back fine and again I told them it was my neck. A friend of mine researched and found some information about chiropractors and I looked for a local practice that could help. After my first visit I noticed a huge difference, not only did my migraines ease, I felt listened to and validated - my neck was the issue. I now rarely have a migraine and my pain has almost completely gone. I see Chris and he is so knowledgeable about so many different health issues, always happy to offer advise. All the staff I have met are very friendly and booking appointments is easy. I am now on the silver plan and have an appointment once a month which i look forward to every month. If you have been thinking about booking an appointment with health and vitality this is your sign to do it, you will not regret it and your body will thank you.

I highly recommend H&VC. I have been a customer for over a year, initially going in for help with a back injury and now just trying to maintain good health with regular adjustment as I get older. The benefits are 100% noticeable. The advice goes beyond the physical adjustment and the whole practise is incredibly warm and welcoming.
