These informative and friendly talks are a great opportunity to learn practical ways to support your health and ask questions in a relaxed environment.

My body was suffering from experiencing alot of stress, especially my upper and lower back, and neck area, years of bad posture which I thought all was not possible to correct, thanks to my absolutely wonderful therapist I am now feeling so much better, Have more flexibility, feel lighter, like a weight has been lifted from me making my easier and happier,my therapist is lovely,I felt at ease and trusted him straight away to do what he needed to do,I enjoy my sessions with him and learning how to exercise my body,all the staff are really friendly and I would recommend using this centre for anything that helps with your well being.

It’s now been 2 years since my last review and I’m still attending the Health and Vitality Centre every month. The monthly visits keep my body aligned and functioning pain free. I’ve been coming here regularly for years, and I honestly can’t recommend Paula and the team enough. They are absolutely amazing and always so friendly and welcoming. From day one, I’ve always felt that they genuinely care about you as a person. The treatment is so personal, and they really take the time to understand what you’re experiencing and what your body needs. I originally came because of ongoing back and neck pain, and the difference the treatment has made has been incredible. Keeping up with regular treatments has made such a huge improvement to my pain and overall wellbeing. I always leave feeling so much better. It’s rare to find somewhere where you feel so genuinely looked after, and that’s exactly how I feel every time I come here. Booked in with this Chiropractic clinic due to my insurance approving 5 sessions, At first not really impressed 1 consultation is used up a session, best practice is to merge the consultation along with the first session or provide a free consultation so wasnt pleased with that. In regards to my first session I had with Alex was very unwelcoming and felt rushed with the consultation. In regards to booking my remaining sessions and treatment plan appointments are not available with the main qualified Chiropractor Paula who is authorised to do the treatment by BUPA and accredited, I was told Paula isnt available and I had a range of 4 practitioners, Alex, Paula, Chris and Sam. Not only was timing and availability very scarce around my working life I was seen by various people and not the same person. I was booked in with Alex first only to be told hes going on holiday for a few weeks. Each and every session lasted around 5 to 10 mins, felt very rushed with around 2 adjustments and each practitioner didnt have a clue about my conditions and I had to explain every time including one making a very unpleasing comment about my back acne which doesnt help my confidence for a long term condition im managing. Have seen no effects and not amused at all. Reported to Bupa who have confirmed this is fraud to Bupa and that I shouldnt have been seen by multiple practitioners and it should have only been Paula and the sessions shouldnt have lasted that long as Bupa even agreed we dont even know if Chris, Sam and Alex are properly qualified and they are now investigating this and opened an investigation as of today on the clinic. On my last session I wasnt notified that my insurance sessions are over and was demanded payment which put me under pressure which I refused to pay and had to get my insurance to provide an emergency intervention which I was not amused about. This communication should have been informed to me. I am now having to rebook with another clinic and start my sessions all over again which is a massive inconvenience and I wouldnt recommend this practice at all especially if handling with Insurance too. Measly 5 minute sessions and no results.

I started my journey in July. I walked into meet my chiropractor Panja and wasn't sure what to expect. My whole body felt so heavy but on my first session I actually came out and felt lighter. I'm not going to lie sometimes the treatment hurts but as Panja says no pain no gain. And his constant positivity and encouragement helps me tremendously. Panja said I've come along way and I'm ahead of what was expected. So I'm going in the right direction. I am able to move easier. My neck is much better I can now move it from left and right with ease. I'm so glad I choose health and vitality and would recommend them 💯. Thank Panja for giving me my movment back . You've done a great job.

I would rate them higher if I could. Panja has helped me go from stiff and sore postpartum to being back in the gym lifting weights and swimming. We got back on track faster than I was expecting and the follow up care and exercises are excellent. Highly recommend.

I went to see Chris with chronic back, shoulder and neck pain plus difficulty with walking. Over a period of a few months it’s easier to walk, the pain is less and I feel much better about managing my pain. Chris explained what was going on within my body, helping me understand why I was in so much pain. I’ve finished my course of recommended treatment and now visit once a month as a precaution and maintenance. I also attended some massage sessions with Kerry, who is probably the best therapist I’ve ever known. She is so intuitive and knows exactly which parts to work on. So much so that I’ve signed up to see her once a month. Everyone at the centre is friendly, efficient and professional. They really make you feel like you’re part of the clinic family. Thank you.

Both my son and I have been seeing Panja since April, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. My son absolutely loves his appointments, and Panja is fantastic with children. I originally started going because I was experiencing neck pain and numbness/tingling sensations in my arms. I’m very happy to say that I no longer experience these symptoms, I’m sleeping much better, and I feel great overall. I haven’t even completed my full scheduled course of appointments yet. I’ve had two separate injuries during this time. On both occasions, Panja was able to address the issues and help me get back to feeling much better. Came in with a knee injury that had completely stopped me playing sports, plus a shoulder that was hurting whenever I lifted weights or trained. After just a few sessions both joints feel so much better — I'm actually playing more sport now than I was before the injuries. Panja Somchit looked after me and I can't recommend him enough. I had a consultation in 2017 to see if I could get help with episodic neck pain and associated severe headaches. They diagnosed the problem and I had a course of 12 chiropractic treatments which resulted in a dramatic improvement. I am still going every 6 weeks and they help with all sorts of problems that I get from my heavy gardening work. I just got back from a session and am feeling great.

I personally did not have a good experience. No relief at all after each session. 10min sessions and didn't treat affected area. I had 4 or 5 sessions and didnt help at all.

I have attended this clinic with my then 4 months old daughter seeking help as she was developing flat spot on her head, had a preferred side and tensions in her body following complicated birth. We met Sam and it was best thing happened! She is so passionate, talented, and brilliant with babies! After first session I have noticed improvement and my baby is now nearly 1 and thriving! We are still coming for check ups but she is developing perfectly fine. I can highly recommend this place as our experience is entirely positive. Worth mentioning that there isn’t any unnecessary selling - as soon as my baby was getting better session frequencies were reduced and we would only come as needed. I will be forever thankful to Sam for helping my baby!

I can highly recommend Health and Vitality Centre. An amazing experience from the 1st phone call. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The appointments with my Chiropractor, Sam have really helped me. I was in so much pain and with reduced mobility especially in my neck and back. My movement and stiffness has improved immensely. Sam has also recommended what supplements would be good to take. She has also given me some exercises to do at home( you need to do them). All is helping me so much, but i know it's a long road to recovery after years of not looking after my body, but I feel well on my way. Thanks so much for getting back on track. Also I have been to a talk on movement held by Chris. It was so informative and free. i will hopefully go to more in the future. The whole Team definitely deserve 5 stars.
